Death in the Afternoon

Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 6 PM

180 Prince St, New York, NY 10012

Join us for a one-of-a-kind trip in the WayBack machine, taking you to a hidden speakeasy backroom in SoHo’s historic Raoul’s Restaurant. Walking through to a private room, you’ll enter an exhibit of the collaboratove work of photographer David White and stylist Cynthia Altoriso, featuring their mock portraits of the famous bootleggers who helped your granny get her daily dose of dirty bourbon back during Prohibition.

Your ticket will also net you a perfectly mixed cocktail that would make Hemingway himself proud, as well as a selection of tasty victuals from Raoul’s acclaimed chef, David Honeysett (read more about him HERE)

Providing the soundtrack to your clandestine daydrinking extravaganza will be Brooklyn-bred dixieland swing band The Grand St. Stompers, along with a surprise guest or two…

So come dance the afternoon away with us, just like back in the days of old.
